After an impressive run in NXT, Storm’s main roster call-up in WWE didn’t end well. She made her exit from the global juggernaut in December 2021 following her feud with Charlotte Flair on SmackDown. However, having built up an impressive reputation, the 26-year-old landed back in the spotlight upon her AEW debut in March 2022.

During a recent appearance on Talk is Jericho, Toni Storm opened up on the creative-based issues in WWE and referred to the company as the land of “no”:

Upon arriving in AEW, Storm won her first match; she took down The Bunny in a qualifier for the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament. She made it all the way to the semi-finals before she came up short against Britt Baker.
