But while he doesn’t exactly appear eager to return to the sideline, Coughlin is not completely dismissing the possibility, either. Could a return to sunny Jacksonville change his mind?

According to CBS Sports, a reunion between Coughlin and the Jaguars is possible this offseason, as team owner Shahid Khan is considering coaching changes and Coughlin has appeal in various capacities.
Coughlin, who retains a home in Jacksonville, went 68-60 in eight years after being hired as the first coach of the expansion Jaguars in 1995. With current coach Gus Bradley on the hot seat (14-45 in four seasons), the 70-year-old Coughlin could take over as head coach or in a front-office role, as CBS Sports expects restructuring to take place.
