The NFL isn’t commenting on its attendees, so it’s unclear whether Goodell plans to be in court.
According to multiple reports, Brady wasn’t at Patriots practice Tuesday in White Sulphur Springs, W.V. The Patriots are scheduled to hold joint practices with the Saints on Wednesday and Thursday at the Saints’ facility at The Greenbrier.
Berman has suggested that more in-person settlement talks will continue.
Both sides are expected to make oral arguments and potentially call for witness testimony Wednesday in New York.
